Lucky Clover is a simple game that sets you on a search for the proverbial needle in a haystack, as you set out to find all four leaf clovers in the clover field!
As stated the objective of the game is to find all the four leave clovers in the clover field within the time limit. From the menu at the bottom of the screen you can tell how many remain and how many you already have found, as well as the remaining time left. The field is large and you will literally feel like you are looking for a needle in a haystack.
Graphically the game is very well done. The clovers look good and are very well animated, they really move naturally when you hover over them with the mouse, as the clovers part and the one selected gets slightly magnified to see if it has three or four leafs.
The game is played by using your mouse to hover over the clovers and once a four leaf clover is detected, you can select it by clicking the left mouse button, after which it appears in the menu at the bottom showing you how many remain in the clover field.
One would think that a game with a simple setup like described here, would get boring pretty fast, but surprisingly this is not the case. The game is actually quite addictive as you get more and more determined to find that last four leaf clover!
Overall Lucky Clover is a well done game, which is brilliant in its simplicity. It will keep you looking for four leaf clovers and due to the time limit, the game is suitable for longer plays as well as quick rounds. The only question that remains is whether or not you are feeling lucky today?
